This is a new event for me. I’ve never been to this particular event but it sounds really fun. I’m excited about going. I didn’t notice it on the Socal Garrison Calendar but Lewis brought it to my attention. We general don’t get out and troop with everyone unless it is a charity event. We are very fond of Lucasfilm and their events but there are so many others who are available to do the “official” events. Well, anyway, if anyone is in the area April 25, 2009, come on by. It should be a ton of fun…

Argos at the event last Saturday. Argos is a character from our Star Wars fan film that has been in the works for several decades, it seems like. 

Once again, we are helping with the “Free Comic Book Day” in Newhall. Brave New World Comics is hosting this annual event and the Star Wars crew will be out in force. Combined with the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and just down-right good will, this should be a fun event as will the previous years. Hopefully, anyone who is local will show to just say, “hello”. Here are a couple pictures from last year’s event.
