We’re helping a buddy make a Shadow Trooper. I have no idea where the Shadow Trooper comes into play but apparently, the entire costume is black. The helmet was sanded, primered, sanded, painted, wet-sanded and clear coated. Just to make it shiny.

My kid has decided to make a costume. Of all the awesome costumes available to be made, he picks Jaster Mereel. I had never heard of Jaster Mereel before he asked to do the costume. We’re actually pretty proud of how this is coming out. Although, I am not a big fan of the earcaps on this comic book based helmet, I do like the overall look.
